Ingredients: Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes)

Directions: Mix 4 teaspoons of Freeze-Dried Monterey Jack Cheese to 2 Tablespoons of warm water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain off excess liquid. Yields apx 4 teaspoons of monterey jack cheese for your favorite recipes, casseroles, mexican dishes, soups, chili, potatoes, salads, and more
