Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, and annato (vegetable color).

Allergens: Contains milk product. Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.

Directions: Mix 1 Tablespoon of Freeze-Dried Cheddar Cheese Shredded to 2 Tablespoons of warm water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain excess liquid. Yields apx. 1 Tablespoon of cheddar cheese for your favorite recipes, casseroles, mexican dishes, soups, chili, potatoes, salads, and so much more. Tastes great right out of the can.

Doesn’t needed to be reconsituted prior to use, you can add it directly into soups, pasta, casseroles and more.
