Only about 3 percent moisture remains in the product at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90 percent, while the volume stays the same. Shelf-Life:  Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions:  Add 1/3 cup of boiling water to ½ cup of Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs. Stir once, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess water and serve.

Uses:  Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs can be used to make fluffy scrambled eggs or in any recipe calling for cooked eggs.
