The Hashbrown Potatoes is packed in a # 10 size can(approx. 8/10 of a gallon) with an oxygen absorber.

Directions:
Pour 1/4 cup shredded hashbrown potatoes into 1 cup of salted boiling water. Turn down heat and simmer 7-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well. Fry on a well oiled grill at 375° F for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Or, after rehydrating, use in any recipe calling potatoes.
