Use our dehydrated dried Harmony House cabbage in soups, casseroles, hash dishes or just eat it plain. Did you know dehydrated dry food vegetables hold their nutritional value better than frozen foods, or even canned foods?

You can simmer them separately, or add directly to soups, stews, or other dishes. Dehydrated Spinach Flakes maintain more of their nutritive value than their canned or frozen counterparts. Ingredients: Fresh, Non-GMO, washed, trimmed and dehydrated Harmony House Spinach Emergency Food Storage. We don’t add anything to, and there are no preservatives.

Directions: Fresh, mature, spinach is washed, trimmed, diced, and dried to specifications. Rehydrate in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or in cold water for 1-2 hours. Use 2 parts water to 1 part product. Rehydration ratio is about 1:10.

Storage: With our entire freeze dried, dehydrated, disaster survival Harmony House emergency long term food storage we suggest you store your home food in a cool, dry place. You may also reseal product in a vacuum type storage bag for extended storage.

Shelf-life: Our Harmony House Dehydrated Spinach Food Storage for Camping and Hiking will store for up to 2 years.
