For the millions of people who have been diagnosed with celiac disease, half of the meals from Legacy Premium are gluten free so that you can also enjoy the benefits of long lasting food storage.  Gluten free diets have also recently been shown to be incredibly beneficial to those who suffer from osteoporosis, autism, multiple sclerosis, and other auto-immune disease. Our facilities are experts on cross contamination and completely sterilize all equipment before producing any of our gluten free lines and we are also in the process of getting GFCO certified.
