Honeyville's Yellow Cornmeal has been carefully processed from select food-grade yellow corn. Yellow cornmeal, common mostly in the United States, has the husk and germ of the maize kernel almost completely removed. The corn milling process is a dry grinding process where the germ and corn oil are removed. The product is then sifted into a granular or meal consistency. You'll find Honeyville's Yellow Cornmeal excellent for making cornmeal bread or muffins. Honeyville's Yellow Cornmeal is an ideal product for your cooking needs.

Shelf-Life:  Yellow Cornmeal will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Uses:  Cornmeal can be used in any recipe calling for cornmeal, including corn bread, muffins, crumb bread mix and more.

Packaging:  Yellow Cornmeal is sealed air tight in a #10 can and weighs approximately 4 pounds. A case contains 6 #10 cans and weighs 24 pounds. Each can contains 47 servings. One serving size is ¼ cup.
