Our JAR contains ONE QUART of Flavored Textured Vegetable Protein! We introduce our little "secret" to making great tasting vegetarian dishes. A textured protein that is ALL VEGETABLE provides substance and taste to your favorite recipes. Use our "Beefish Chunks" as you would chunky beef. Put it directly in soups, stews, or other dishes that are being cooked.  You can also eat it directly out of the jar like beef jerky!  When cooked or rehydrated they have a light, flaky, tender, yet chewy texture that is irresistible. It is not like the tough cardboard taste you may find in other products. This is our favorite beef-flavored TVP product. It is a MUST HAVE for any vegetarian kitchen! (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Ingredients: Textured vegetable protein (soy flour, caramel color), soybean oil, water, hydrolyzed soy protein, autolyzed yeast extract, salt. CONTAINS SOY 

Description & Directions: Beefish Chunks are a textured vegetable protein product with a beef-like, flavor, aroma, and color. Rehydrate with water at a 2 

to 1 ratio for use as beef chunks, or use directly in soups, stews, and other 

dishes. 

Storage & Shelf-life: Store in a cool dry place for 24-36 months. Seal in an airtight container to repel insects.
